Return and exchange policy

-We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns or exchanges are accepted for all products listed in our shop, provided the conditions below are met.

-Products can be returned or exchanged if they arrive damaged, defective, or in poor condition due to delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible with proof (photo or video) so we can assist you promptly.

-All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

-Returns are accepted within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

-To request a return or exchange, please contact us via the Contact Us page or our phone numbers.

-When reporting an issue, please include a photo of the product, your city, address, and order number so we can process the exchange correctly.

-If the product you received is significantly different from what was presented on our website, you will receive a full refund.

-We are not responsible for personal expectations or assumptions that are not clearly mentioned on the product page.

-If the customer simply no longer wants the product and there is no defect or issue, a 30% deduction (or a minimum of 25 dirhams) will be applied to the refund.
